Hi guys. Would like to ask if you guys were asked to service based on the date in the service booklet instead of the mileage. I don't travel too much and I can hardly achieve the 10k mileage in 6 months. But my SC insisted that I must service based on the date, or else I won't be entitled for the free labor charges. This means paying more to service my car more often that I should based on my mileage. Anybody else encountered this? Thanks.

Yes sometimes will do speed driving on MEX, rev kao kao to 5k rpm to hit 190km/h, sometimes got that burning smell sometimes don't.
I think is the CVT fluid not able to cool down the belt quickly enough and produce some burning smell. Just my 2 cent

now honda sc got carbon aircond filter...just additional rm10 from normal filter... greatly reduce the exhaust fume smell coming inside...

later aircond void warranty becoz sc said u did not change the filter with them...

I guess we have to get better carbon filter from outside already. Where got sell?

My gf owns a Honda City 1.5L E 2014. I believe her stock tires are 175/65 R15. <got this from Honda official website.

May I know what tires are recommended for daily driving in terms of NVH & performance?
As usual, girls aren't gonna break their bank for tires. So my job is to find a fairly priced one with acceptable performance.

I believe a RM200 15" tyre should do quite well. My budget is around there too, just unsure which RM200 model is worth the bucks.

Having your opinion, goodyear assurance triplemax, does it fair well under wet road? KL rains quite alot, sometimes.

Guys, Honda City V 2016 (manufactured on early 2017) before facelift introduced good to take? after rebate is RM84k OTR. Or should I get latest City E better?
