2 months old only Now my E-spec downgraded to S-spec

Hi guys, any 2017 model owner here? Do you experience any rattle or unwanted noise which are commonly found in the previous model? Currently deciding between city and vios, really like city but the noise is kind of a deal breaker for me.

went to SC for 1k service today. complaint the rattling noise under steeling wheel and also  the driver side door. when get back the car, they managed to fix the first issue, but the door one still there, it happen when you passby uneven road, u can simulate by giving abit force on the driver side door, and u will hear got noise macam got something not tighten.

had they fixed ur rattling noise? is hard to avoid scratches when they try to take off the door panel...

sien... e spec Bluetooth issue, you guys better check your Bluetooth , use it to call people talk 30min while travelling, your receiver will have issue to hear our voice...
I complaint in their SC , send email SC and Honda website, complaint in their FB...
They no reply or take any action... what can I do now? I am danm pissed off with them...
Now squeezing sound also come out on my driver seat like something loose/not tight... 1Y5M car..e spec

in order to fix the rattling at the door, they'll have to remove the power window switch and door panel, which definitely will be scratched if they use screw driver to pry it, my car have the same rattling noise in driver door, sc removed the door panel and the window, if remember correctly, it has something to do with the window's holder / lift arm
