Do check whether you have anything on the glove compartment or on the door pockets. It might be some coins, cards, etc that causing the sound. Mine got sound when I put my smart tag on the glove box and access cards on the door pockets.

Anyone using Google Maps when the phone is connected to bluetooth? For some reason, if the phone is connected to bluetooth, I can't get any navigation voice on Google Maps. I'm using radio when connected to bluetooth. (Bluetooth for phone calls only)

QUOTE(8sg9ft @ Feb 17 2017, 11:07 AM) When on radio, u can't get the voice navigation via bluetooth. Waze also like that. U need to change the audio mode to bluetooth then can hear the navigation via speakers. If u wanna listen to music at the same time i guess have to listen to spotify or other music apps on ur phone Hmm... I'm expecting it to play the navigation voice via the phone instead of the car speaker. Manage to find a setting that disable voice via bluetooth in the Google Maps setting. Gotta test and see whether it works like my expectation. |

QUOTE(maxsteel @ Mar 18 2017, 07:15 AM) Manage to claim warranty from Goodyear Good... this is as told by my SA. Did you manage to ask for duration of the warranty? I remember the tyre is 1 year only.First, I file a report at the SC about the tyre. They will file a report to the tyre manufacturer. The next morning I came back to the SC and the GY technician from HQ inspect the tyre and conclude that it was indeed a manufacturing defect. Then the next day sent the car to the nearest GY shop and have it replaced. |

QUOTE(Zeus88 @ Mar 19 2017, 11:22 AM) Hi guys. Would like to ask if you guys were asked to service based on the date in the service booklet instead of the mileage. I don't travel too much and I can hardly achieve the 10k mileage in 6 months. But my SC insisted that I must service based on the date, or else I won't be entitled for the free labor charges. This means paying more to service my car more often that I should based on my mileage. Anybody else encountered this? Thanks. Yes... the term is whichever come first, if the date come first before the mileage, then you'll need to service by date. If you miss the date, you might void your warranty. (not just the free labour) |
