Wow the new FL is a rip off , it does not even come with WiFi module anymore...looks like Honda decided to strip it with a cheaper HU

Adding new features (paddle shifter, leather seat, etc) while maintaining the same price, I guess that they have to "cut" it from some where.

Considering that the FL just launched this year and the massive discount given recently, the pre-FL value sure drop.

Nevermind , time to hack that thing once I get my Jazz

Also regarding HU , does it allow you to change car settings or view fuel consumption. I know older HU , you can see your millage and few others as well
*
Oh, you switching from Fiesta to Jazz?

I would like to ask, what's the best tyre size for r15 honda city 2014?
*
Depends on your needs. The stock tyre (175/65/R15) is "eco" tyre size.

Is the price Gst inclusive?

I managed to find and bought xm2 175/55 RM220 Gst inclusive from Lazada. Also able to use credit card to purchase to gives me 5% cash back + shopback. I am going for installation this month.

And the Cheras shop recommended here quoting me 175/55 RM204 Gst not inclusive.

175/55 is City exclusive size I heard.
*
Original size for 15" is 175/65/R15.
For 16" is 185/55/R16.

Why get odd size of 175/55?

I think only Hankook and Continental hv this size.
*
The stock tire size are "eco" tyre. I think most brand have this size for their eco tyre. (Michelin XM2, Conti CC6, Bridgestone Ecopia, Goodyear GT3, Toyo Nanoenergy, etc) If you need performance tyre/non-eco, then you won't be able to find it in this size.

Hey mates, ask a newbie question. Now the retail price listed in honda is excl. insurance. So all the cash rebate calculations should use that price right? For example rebate 3.5 so the car price shd be 89k- 3.5k then add back the whatever insurance amt. Right? Don't know if I make the question clear or not lol
*
It doesn't matter anyway. You can pay the insurance using the discount or from your pocket. In the end, you still paying the same amount.

U drive in 100% city with heavy jam? My E spec with 205/50/16 tyres also averaging that blink.gif
*
Mine also averaging around that (12km/l~) What I notice that if you keep the instant fuel economy high (the indicator on the right), the average km/l will increase. (better than monitoring the green color or rpm meter)

When turned on Eco mode, it gives me about 19km/L driving on highway... while last weekend drove to KL and turned it off I had 21km/L. Quite surprisedhaha.
*
I guess the Eco mode which make it feel sluggish/lethargic cause you to press on the throttle more...

Just did my 50,000km servicing. Noticed the parts are getting more expensive. I think mayb its more worth to get free service (parts and labour) than cash rebate next time.
*
Do check the parts used... maybe they included additional stuff or upgraded to the more expensive one.
