would like to find out if items like Wii component cable, or optical cable, if bought from play-asia is taxable???

actually those rm500 limit only applies to courier shipping like fedex. for free shipping, everything is liable to tax.

yes, anything is liable for tax, not depending on the amount.
main thing luck plays main role, but normally they dun tax cheap items, cos the tax money aint tat much either, so they dun bother going thru the hassle |
