has anyone encountered error when getting OTP? at payment verification stage the OTP message pop-up doesn't have a text box to input the OTP and just says something like "Authentication Error" without explaining the issue properly.

contacted CS but seems like they don't know what the issue is and will need a few days to investigate. tried with bigpay, tng, shopee, all failed with the same error.

whoops, too little context from me. been using kiple visa since launch, only had this OTP error over the last week. just wondering if it is a widespread issue or just isolated to me.

ok weird. visa card tab is empty, looks like my issue. guess need to wait for CS to figure out what's wrong with my acc.

Issue resolved - the app somehow froze the card on the backend. i couldn't even access the Visa card page in the app during this period, so the CS unfroze from their side.
