this one also i have the same problem...but keep on trying until one day somehow it is saved already...haha..
don't really know how it is saved eventually...

Yes... i also kena so now only can hope they fix it asap. Wanted to warn users here but looks like someone else also kena.

not really fully fix... now when i want to type something inside kiple app...the keyboard will not pop up...haiz...

Anyone try reload using credit card then after otp... it says transaction aborted something like that? Twice happen for me...

sspn top up i think works until today only...tomorrow onwards will be under maintenance....if they do maintenance until 25th July or so then straight away is RM1k limit already then... sad.gif

hmm...so actually now we can still top up using credit card to RM10k and then come 25th that time, only pay ptptn...right? but with RM1 fee

then after 25th only next month onwards i guess... RM1k top up limit credit card... .

i tried adding kiplepay card to bigpay but error...i'll try again...

how do i unfrozen it? contact customer service?

this is helpful..i tried to browse around inside the app...i cannot see something like bigpay..where you can froze/unfreeze your card...

is it when the balance is zero..you cannot freeze it? i tried to freeze and it says fail.

I can only see this at Bigpay's website...is local bank transfers equals to Duit Now?
