anyone face issue to use this ewallet?
I tried to pay at MR DIY & Ah cheng laksa,,, both merchant not able to capture my QR code ... end up have to change to Grab/Tng wallet
before this, i managed to top up SSPN for 3-4 times ..

yealo... i asked the counter before i show kiple pay QR code.. both confirmed yes but end up failed.
I try to have some genuine spend instead of SSPN & withdrawal only.

I assumed the staff (DIY,cheng laksa) might confuse as their machine accept wide range of e-wallet and shown kiple logo.

Managed to withdraw cash x2 I RM1k back in September.
Last week withdraw 1k x1
This weekend tried two times rm1k withdrawal... Failed.

Any changes from kiplepay? On ATM withdrawal limit

oppss..yesterday was PH and i miss treat it weekend.

So far ,
September RM1K x2 no issue , 1x top up to bigpay
October RM1K x1 last week , 1x top up to big pay

This week try for 2nd withdrawal,, failed since yesterday (MBB ATM).. and this afternoon (CIMB ATM).

I'm aware about the withdrawal limit RM2.5K per month or RM1K per day.

Yea, pay for it, the CS called me and ask me collect back the card from cimb ATM, while CIMB told me they will discard the card and impossible for me to get back the card... I still have few K in the wallet,,, no choice.

ohh... ya, you are correct then. I totally forgot the initial rebate.
but replacement is their fault , I key in correct password but cimb machine retained my card ... they pay for their issue

lol,,, my replacement card send out by 1st or 2nd November to my hometown... by 2/11 the "rebate" already in my acc .
maybe you need to write in email to complain again.
