If you not able to create Prepaid Visa Card PIN Number, then you will not able to perform online transaction with the card.

Have you activate the card in kiple app with last 4 digits of your card and then set 6 digits PIN Number?

Morning, i just started to use Kiplepay couple of weeks ago. Noticed that during the reload process, after keying in the PIN, the process took quite long (around 10 seconds) for the process to complete. Other ewallets are much faster. Just wondering if this is common or due to my phone/network?

if you are reloading for time-sensitive card promo, kiplepay ewallet app is not recommended.

1. I use it similar to Bigpay usage > but daily spending limit is only RM3k
2. RM3k per day, no fee.

long time no use. reload still take a few minutes or fixed?

Probabilities:
1) ur access token expired (they change the "active" time to a shorter period already)
2) they keep dumping their access token table @ DB -> send back general error message -> display general error message of expired token

half baked app. UI not that intuitive.
