Aftert contact their cs, seems like they manage to fix it .
This issue happens when i try to freeze the card and the freeze taking too long(loading for almost 1minute) and i press the back button lol.
Guess cant use the freeze function for now 

hope it is just today issue... otherwise, really need to bring the card out to swipe d...

Not able to top up TNG using kiplepay visa for the past week. Have been trying every alternate day but keeps failing to reload TNG.

So you are saying it is tng issue? I just retry to add the card, finally can be added in tng.
However, attempt to reload RM400 just show me "Please wait, reload is pending", dont even prompt me for OTP.

Kiplepay Visa is not reliable recently. OTP issue was resolved recently but online transactions were not always successful (after OTP verification). I only managed to top up SPay Global this morning, after several attempts in the past few days.

Don't keep too much money in the E-wallet.

Try max RM200 top up daily. Apparently there is a cap.

I managed to do 200 each in d morning n night. 400 in a day.

i think the magic number is 200 x 1 time.
2nd time it will become keep loading again.

my view is, imposing 1% charge for cc put them at a very disadvantaged position since they are not in the Duitnow ecosystem.
previously their only advantage is no charge for cc reload.

by imposing 1% charge, i don't see any reason why someone will choose to use Kiple and not TNG.

since both charge 1%, both having visa card linked to wallet,
1 in Duitnow, another not in Duitnow ecosystem.

1 with 3.6x% interest for balance inside, another 0 interest for balance.
