 Problem with googleplay in app purchase

I click on payment method and choose hotlink/maxis billing

And it saids

"The account verification SMS could not be sent. Please try again."

And this happens everytime i try which is everyday

Have u tried clearing google play cache? And remove the maxis billing in payment options

Hi wanaliffudin,

Do check & make sure that

1) Your Hotlink number is still active with sufficient balance
2) You have active Mobile Internet Pass with quota balance
3) Turn off WIFI/Hotspot from your phone & use only Maxis Mobile Data
4) Do try to add the "Hotlink/Maxis Billing" payment method via Google Play Store again

I am using Maxis Ookyo plan and have made sure the above requirement is met. But still the verification sms could not be sent. Can you help?
