3) Turn off WIFI/Hotspot from your phone & use only Maxis Mobile Data
4) Do try to add the "Hotlink/Maxis Billing" payment method via Google Play Store again

I am using Maxis Ookyo plan and have made sure the above requirement is met. But still the verification sms could not be sent. Can you help?Do check & make sure that
