want to make this high class condo become hostel? π
I've scouted this project before just a few months before VP, location is hardly high class the surrounding has barely any people-friendly commercial activity or other community oriented places like parks, mostly older high rise residential and highways.
The only selling point of this is questionable proximity to LRT with partial covered walkway. Next door Sime Darby mixed development been sakit for many years since launch, barely finished piling works.
This development has 20 EV charging bays!!! That's really a lot, probably the most in any high rise residential in Malaysia, and even more than some big commercial buildings (shopping mall, office) in KL. Mind you, these are public bays (open to all residents) and not private bays that belong to a specific unit.
For those who drive an EV, this is certainly a highly sought after facility, yet, noticed there is no mention of it.
