Anyone know what is the bought rate for this condo? Went to the showroom, saw mostly 93% are sold, but what are real amout of sold units? Does anyone know? If the units are really 93% sold, i dont think the booking fees is rm1000 only?

Wah, something big is happening. Subpar developer?? Somemore they got 2 more new project in ara still in construction. Who dare to buy oh? Heard this is the 2nd time ceiling collapse within 6 months. Luckily fast fast run away after completion. Speechless
