Just received the webe broadband SIM card with the huawei modem yesterday. Checked 4G coverage at my area was ok. But modem kept showing no service. Anyone encounter this? Already called Hotline but ask me to wait 2 days if no changes call again @@

Well it works fine with my maxis and u mobile SIM. So i guess its unlocked. And since the modem is working fine, i guess my problem lies with the webe SIM card or webe account activation.

I inserted the webe SIM into iPhone 7 which is Band 5 phone. Showing no service just like the modem. i see webe in the network selection but nothing happen when clicked. Should be SIM not activated?

Yeah already called. Said will forward to the technical team ask me to wait 2 days. If no changes to call again... the live chat function doesn't work somehow, click but nothing happens.

yea called d..claim escalated to their tech department. 4th day and still not yet activated. Already disappointed right from the start before even start using doh.gif
