me too, waiting sim card from digi & proceed to port out. even fixed 3g speed also wont come back. who knows what they cap next thing.

i was porting in to digi. last month from digi to webe only need 4 hours. now webe back to digi, chat with them they said my application was accepted but now almost 24 hours still yet to get any sms. . the worst telco i had been use to date

for those who wish to do refund, now they don have live chat for non active user.

now the only way to chat with them is with the mobile apps. since today is the bill day, for those who wants to do refund, please do it quickly.

i have not seen such a nasty telco
