guys need help. anyone ported out from digi to webe? I cleared up some outstanding balance from my digi account the other day and immediately requested to resubmit mnp on webe live chat. I was told that the confirmation sms will come within 24 hours. its already 2 days is this normal? cant contact live chat now due to congestion

Update on this. Webe CS said there was an error during port-in, turns out it's because one of the numbers was data-only thus can't be ported. Since, webe said have to port all numbers in one line, I derped out and ported broadband too Now waiting for full refund then have to re-register because all the numbers are in one order.
