USB tether (not hotspot) allowed? or does a reliable workaround exist?

Really just need on my phone and on laptop.

Their customer service in non fcking existent. Email reply guarantee 24 hours my ass. Online chat take forever to reply hoping customer will close the window, in the end just say cannot do and stop relying.\. No hotline at all. Can't even do simple thing like change my mode of SIM delivery to delivery instead of pick up (cos their stupid Kuala Terengganu branch is totally closed on weekend and my office too far to go during weekday). Seriously fcked up. Completely regret this decision.

Seriously, stick to Celcom. Webe's dirty P1 blood shows everywhere.
