just wondering to the VPN users, have u guys noticed traffic being throttled on 3g network? Made a home based openVPN network. VPN on 3g seems limited to 500kbps/50kbps, but if flies to 7mbps down under 4g (3g using mi3 and s4, 4g with ip5s)

Noted, though i was asking as I use it to access my plex and NAS stuff from home.

Anyway, someone told me 3g network speeds are capped because webe have to pay celcom when using data for using celcom's network, hence why many activities are throttled

Their 4g network is entirely theirs, so some leeway is given with the data

interesting info on the illegal towers, just knew the existence of those towers
