I knew digi will do it. They started to do survey about why are the customers switching to webe long time ago.

I inserted the webe SIM into iPhone 7 which is Band 5 phone. Showing no service just like the modem. i see webe in the network selection but nothing happen when clicked. Should be SIM not activated?

Hi guys, want to ask, can webe line receive tac from cimb, Maybank, Rhb bank? This is important question before port to webe

i just using last week. squota yet finish. just corious, my webe mobile on 4g get 3-4mbps while webe broadband can get 6-7mbps. same device,same place. any idea why broadband faster ? 

yea called d..claim escalated to their tech department. 4th day and still not yet activated. Already disappointed right from the start before even start using 

If put sim card on Broadband and connect with Router is it consider Tethered?

its a phone...just now tested with umobile sim 4g.and its works 
if i but webe broad band and keep the sim for 1-2 month.will they start the bill? or upon 1st activation?thier faq no say anything bout this

Yes, Band 5 I think(correct me if I'm wrong) used in Malaysia has only a very small bandwidth of 5-10MHz only. That is the reason why it cannot exceed 20Mbps.

You need a bandwidth of 20MHz generally to achieve 150Mbps, double that if you want 300Mbps, throw in advanced 256QAM for multiplexing to get 450Mbps.

Not true for modems. Most Band 5 supported modems out there only additionally supports FDD 1900 AWS 1700/2100 bands which are totally irrelevant to Malaysian market.

Better you look for TDD Band 40 modems that also support Band 3 1800 and Band 7 2600 models sold by Huawei and ZTE.

Price is rm115.50 higher. Nothing cheaper. Not worth it at all. No point to get a higher capacity one also because it is certainly heavier to carry and no matter how large the battery, no meaning also, as this kind of battery degrades really super super fast.

I'm wondering why this guys want to download so much for since the stream speed is not capped for Digi… even after they download they got no time to watch all while still download for a lot more while others already finished watching the latest without buying so much hardisk~

i terminated my line last month, and the last bill come out yesterday and i have excess payment after calculated as pro rated. however, the amount is less than rm10.. so after check with webe cs, the money cannot be refunded and kena makan by them.. even though the amount is less than rm10.. tis type of policy is really fascinating.. 

i am thinking like that too although they stated in their t&c.. but wondering if they have the right to fit it this way or not.. anything less than rm10 cannot be refunded..
few months ago, i have another line with webe...and after i terminated it that time, i asked to transfer the excess payment to my 2nd acc..  , but when i live chat with their cs, they said cannot also last time... only can wait for refund within 90 days.. luckily that time the balance was more than rm10.. but this time gg...
