anyone know where can i change from maxis to webe at putrajaya ? much prefer by walk in,no online

how long does it take for hotlink to send the comfirmation that end it service ?
any experince ? .

i read some complain online saying tha they have wait to long for the sms

i got already sms from hotlink for comfirmation to leave maxis and already reply yes,now i can use the webe sim right ?

ps:i send this post by still using maxis sim,is it normal ?

i already reply yes as shown in screenshot,but when i inserted my webe sim,still got no internet,even call was still directed to my maxis sim

anyone can help ?
