Finished my 30GB webe broadband quota. Surprisingly I can still watch Netflix on HD. I did three speed tests.

1. Downloading app on play store, speed about 500kb/s
2. Fast.com, by Netflix 8.4Mbps
3. Speedtest by OOKLA, 2.25Mbps

It looks like webe is not capping speed for Netflix. Great stuff!! =)
I still remember when I finished the quota on u mobile p98 before this, I couldn't even use Google Chromecast, let alone watching Netflix HD.

Edit. Iflix runs perfectly as well. I don't think webe is capping speed to 128k as what was advertised. The speed cap must be higher than that.

Gi cari 4G USB modem yang support band 5 (850mhz). Network webe sekarang banyak pakai band 5 je. Band 38 & 40 ada sikit sikit.

Kalau USB modem tu tak support band 5, memang boleh connect to 3G je la.

Hang kena paham webe mobile sim dengan webe broadband sim tu lain. Webe mobile boleh connect 4G, 3G and 2G. Dia pakai line celcom untuk 2G and 3G.

Webe broadband sim pulak boleh connect dengan 4G sahaja & hanya untuk Internet sahaja. 3G & 2G memang tak boleh connect. Call & SMS pun takde.

Aku sekarang pakai webe broadband, bayar RM59 sebulan. Quota dia bagi 30GB saja, tapi sekarang dah habis quota pun speed sama saja. So kalau hang nak pakai letak dalam mifi ke, 4G router ke. Baik beli je webe broadband. Senang. Tapi sebelum beli tu, pastikan coverage ada kat kawasan rumah hang.

Third day after finishing quota on webe broadband. Speed is still uncapped and as fast as ever. I've used 46GB. Hehehehe.

Anyone willing to import by bulk here?

I recommend bringing in the ZTE MF831 LTE Cat 4 USB modem.
Supports FDD Band 1 2100 Band 3 1800 & Band 7 2600 / TDD Band 38 2600 & Band 40 2300

Meaning all major Malaysian FDD telcos as well as YES 4G out of the box. Future wide bands of Webe too.

In bulk of 10, each unit only costs around US$35

Anyone? Shipped by AliExpress Premium

No need to buy in bulk from aliexpress. You can buy just one from taobao at RM 116. Don't worry if u can't read Chinese, just use Google translate extension in Chrome, so that it auto translate all simplified Chinese site. I can't read Chinese too, but still able to buy from taobao. The translation is imperfect and weird, but u should be able to understand.

But doesn't support band 5?

I don't know, I don't even check the supported band. Just replying to the post asking people, if anyone interested to buy in bulk. I just want to point out it's completely unnecessary to buy in bulk at aliexpress. Taobao is always available, and we can just buy one item.

Mind asking does the price at Taobao includes premium delivery and ETA?
The shop at AliExpress included FREE expedited shipping from DHL within 8-15 Days arrival to Malaysia.

Also for security reasons I do not want to make electronic transactions/purchases with a 3rd party plugin parsing my secure page contents. It's dangerous because the data on the page you're viewing will be sent to an external server for lookup. All your private credentials and information might get leaked.

Lol. What do u mean? Both Taobao and Aliexpress are owned by Alibaba Inc, the biggest e-commerce company in the world. Taobao is not a dodgy, unknown website. The price doesn't include delivery. Last time I bought it, there's rm15-20 delivery charge. It arrived in five working days.
