If 2016 then take 120hz TN..Better response time compare to IPS.. but wat is the offer u getting? G-Sync > 120hz TN> 60hz IPS in terms of gaming..

Dell pro - stronger graphic
- preload ssd
- better design ( rog design never change much)
- aftersales better
- better view angle (even though both oso TN panel)

Asus pro - stronger processor
- better price ratio
- more stock available in market (dell 7567 i7 only arrive march)

Con - both TN panel
- both got limitation on the mobo, when u put pcie ssd on it.. there will be a speed cap (not really noticeable without benchmark, 1 second slower won't kill u, just dun need put pcie ssd)

However dell retail price going up start march. Place ur order now
