y520 legion RM4,219 — Intel Core i7-7700HQ, 4GB DDR4, GTX 1050 4GB, 1TB HDD (5400 rpm)

dell monitor is not ips , lenovo is ips

suggest put in Samsung 960 evo  

tht one is sata III M & B key, sure cant

Successful installed with intel 600p m.2 ssd, no problem at all , hehe

but my worried is the battery life will be compromised. 

any comments on Asus Zenbook UX330UA? good or bad?
i like xps13 but the online spec is over my budget d.. dunno whether can get the previous gen now.

3. Screen Size: 14-15”
4. CPU: i7
5. RAM: Preferable 8GB or 16gb
6. Storage: Prefer to have option to include SSD(prefer nvme)
8. Usage: Office Work, light gaming(emulation), watching movies , programming and autocad.
9. Others: Thinner than 2cm and Light enough and long battery.

Hi sifus, I am new here and I need help getting a new laptop.
1. Preferred brand : just not HP
2. Budget : around 3k, max 3.5k
3. Usage : programming (mostly on web developing) + occasional gaming
4. Screen Size : 13 inch - 14 inch
5. RAM : as long as there's a slot for upgrade, it's all good.
6. Weight : Not above 2.5kg ( will be bringing to work so I hope for something that is not too heavy)

The space doesn't matter but I hope I can get a laptop with good graphics card (might do some editing due to my job) and also in SSD.

I went to Lenovo store just now and I have my eyes on Lenovo IdeaPad 710s and Lenovo IdeaPad 510s 13 inch. The ideapad 710s is using Intel HD graphics whereas ideapad 510s is using AMD Radeon R5 M430 2gb ddr3. The thing is, I have no idea what's the difference. I am open to any suggestions. Usage: Heavy Gaming and some music editing.
Screen Size: 15.6 is preferred but anything will do
RAM: if can upgrade slot then will be ok
Weight: hopefully below 3kg but im ok if above.

Planning to bring this to Uni with future games in mind. I see the lenovo Y520 with nice specs but hope for more options in my price range. Planning to play Star Citizen with this so wanna get the best I can get

4. Screen Size : 15" Full HD (prefer anti-glare, due to long working hours)
