Just wanna get your opinions here: 1. Annual Income: just >100,000. But servicing house loans and single income family. So extra expenditure controlled.
2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Free, or waiver with condition which is easily achievable
3. Card required for: Daily use, especially when Amex not accepted
4. Existing credit cards (if any): Maybank 2 Platinum Amex & Mastercard
5. Interested in CC from: Any
6. Others: Basically looking for something to use at places that don't accept my Amex. Or a card that's better than Amex.
Thanks to Sifus in advance.

Hi Sifus I need some advice, need a new card to replace my HSBC Visa Signature due to getting 2 fradulent transactions in 3 months. The amount was small each time, but I have lost faith in HSBC CC although I still have a banking account with them
1. Annual Income: >RM100K
2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: preferred or at least can be waived
3. Card required for: Bills, petrol, e-wallet topup, shopping, dining out, insurance payment, Netflix.
4. Existing credit cards (if any): Maybank 2 cards Amex(use where accepted) and Mastercard (Only for emergencies)
5. Interested in CC from: Any, but prefer international bank as I already have Maybank CC
6. Others: Would like to have complimentary airport lounge access, although I don't travel that much. Cash back or reward points would be nice.
Thanks in advance

Getting Started

|
1. Annual Income: RM100K above
2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: YES or easily waive annual fee
3. Card required for: Want opinion if I should get another card for daily spending
4. Existing credit cards (if any): MBB 2Card Amex: Using the AMEX for many years to get weekend cashback MBB 2Card Mastercard: keep only
HSBC Visa Signature: I've been using this for many years for everything else, including Insurance autobilling, dining out etc. when I can't or don't use the AMEX. Also for PPL access.
5. Interested in CC from: Want to get the opinions of the experts here if I may be missing out on something.
Should i get another card for daily spending, E wallet topup (mainly touch n go), and just reserve the HSBC for PPL access? Although I will still need to use it to waive the AF.
Grateful for any opinions here. Thanks in advance
