Credit Cards Recommendation for Credit Cards V4, Please post according to Format stated

Applying for my first Card and its damn Confusing.
Most interested in cashback.
1. Annual Income: RM42k
2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: Preferably Free or Waivable. However, I don't mind paying annual fee if cashback perks is good.
3. Card required for: utilities, petrol, dining, online shopping, touch n go reload.
4. Existing credit cards (if any): none
5. Interested in CC from: any banks
6. Others: My monthly spending is around RM1k as i have no other commitments currently. Preferably a card that has 0% EPP for big item purchases.
Please advise.
