Couple of questions to consider:
1. For AirMiles, which do you prefer to collect:
Enirch, AirMiles or KrisFlyer?

2. Lounge Access:
I am not touching on the number of times that you can enter into a lounge but rather the coverage. Do you have certain countries that you fly to regularly, do you mind if the lounge coverage is ASIA only or do you prefer worldwide availability because you are a heavy traveler and you don't know where your next destination might be?

3. 1% mark up on overseas spend
Most card have this but certain premium cards waive this.

Example: CIMB Travel World Elite Credit Card does not have additional mark up on foreign spend. (min income 250K)

thank you.

while in malaysia, will mostly fly using MAS so i guess enrich points better. flying to taiwan and us for this 1 year period. so i think the uob lounge access have more options.
