I've tried Maybank, Citibank & Standard Chartered Bank. Rejected by all of them.

Need a few recommendations for cards that give a lot of points.

And how do I pledge a certain amount of money in order to get the card? Who do I speak to?

Thanks.

Your annual income actually higher than me, but I manage to get the maybank ikhwan cc.

I think its probably because I got FD in Maybank on my account.
So perhaps you could consider FD in the bank you would like have their cc, then it may get approved.
Good Luck!

Anyway, it should be CIMB cash rebate platinum cc suitable for your requirement.

Thanks for your recommendation but CIMB cash rebate does not give any points.
