How soon do you get the call from bank staff after submitting your form and documents online? I've submitted my application online but until now, the application status is Unattended

I have applied Muamalat previously, and yes, I admitted that this is a nightmare as I need to resubmit all the same documents again via WhatsApp/email to the branch staff. But, they wrote the wrong card in the form, and yes, they took my information and rewrote it into the application form and submitted it to HQ.

As for Bank Islam, I actually liked their way, even though they're still processing manually like Muamalat. So far, my CB is still accurate, after 5 months of getting the card.

final update 6 Nov: called CS again to followup escsalation report (created since 10 Oct). no updates from branch side. CS promised to contact the branch PIC to follow up my case.

later in the evening, branch PIC contacted me via whatsapp to request for documents:

1. payslip bulan 10
2. bank statement bulan 10
3. kwsp 25
4. Copy ic

sign 1 page on the cc application form, PIC said no need fill details as he requested details via whatsapp directly from me. he will fill up the form himself.

it seems like the MAP application portal is basically USELESS and just redirect to respective branch to follow-up & process application. 

basically, no cc application automation. to get bank muamalat card faster, better walk-in branch and fill in the cc application form (or prefill first before going)

i thought other banks also same, u fill in online application then eventually they still ask u to re-submit again anyway, i forgot?

muamalat deliver the card right to ur address, no need go branch at all

finally, arrived via poslaju maildrop today. consignment date 12 Nov but delivery too 1 week

Bank Muamalat is not listed as credit card issuer in Bank Negara website.
How unprofessional can this bank be 

I received my 15th Nov cc statement via email on 16th Nov, but till today (25th Nov) the same statement still does not appear on website.
Their whole backend is not ready for influx of new cc clients, in my opinion 

I am still waiting for mine. They sent wrong card and waiting for them to replace the correct one. not sure they will arrived in 1-2 weeks time as promised 

anyone who used Bank Islam card can assist to confirm the following:

For Visa Infinite card, in order to get RM30 cashback for online, auto billing, grocery and dining, which of the following scenario is valid:

1) Need to spend RM1000 with at least RM600 in those categories to get RM30
2) Need to spend RM1600 with at least RM600 in those categories to get RM30

I am unsure of whether the calculation of cashback is ONLY based on any spending after hitting the RM1000 or not.
