Apply for cancel, reason being for the annual fee. They will proceed block the card for few days then retention team will counter offer to waive

Is it because I always pay on time so they can't earn any interest from me?

just call them to waive.. I called them to waive 3 cards.. they say cannot.. I told them I will cancel all 3 if waive is not proceed..

2 days later the manager called up.. say sorry and will waive it.. as long swipe 3 times per month.

I think for the first year they won't waive. After that can call every year to request.

This is the first time in 5 years they rejected it.

You need to minimum 20K per annum with your UOB card.

That's also minimum monthly income.
