21/12 i involve in accident at my work place. I fall when i was about to save company PC from fall off the trolley and as result i had a deep cut below my knee. it was 3 half inch long and 1+ inch deep. after the operation, Dr said a part of my bone chipped. he gave me back my bone that kept in a container. I already bury the bone. Doc also gave me 7 days MC. so now i wanna claim Socso. anyone had an experience claim socso due to accident at work place? I google it and it need police report. since this is not road accident, can i skip it? anyone can share some tips? thanks.

I will post the drill of my knee during the accident upon request.

why didnt u ask the doctor?, they usually will advise you how to claim

If ur hr didn't help u contact perkeso, y they still hold the position？ask them gtfo

U need to fill a form, wit witness signature

my colleague can be the witness? because she the only one present that time

Need her to sign, IC n witness

like that i will get the form my self next working day. btw, got tips? if part of my bone chipped and cant be attach back, is it consider as permanent disability?

But he said tat claiming from socso not much to cover the surgery

Hence, my lovely boss covered it in the end

Go make report with socso..very easy to claim if legit.. my friends injured playing football during courses also can claim..the payment can be use to pay d/p for passat.

dah clear tapi kene go forth and back to perkeso. ade dokumen tak lengkap perlu di lengkapkan. agak complicated sebab lain orang bagi information yg berlainan. end up 2-3 month jugak baru clear all. kalau semua dokumen lengkap, kurang 1 bulan dah dapat semua.

total dalam rm800+ dapat sebab MC 2 minggu. ko kena claim yang MC dulu sebelum nak claim yang lain. jumlah pampasan di beri berlainan depend pada gaji dan berapa majikan ko punye contribute. kalau tak die akan bagi basic which is rm30 per day saje.

inb4 perkeso cheapskate

oh...aku baru je lpas minor accident tadi ni. takde la teruk pun cuma bruises je. patut ke repirt pulis n bukak case kt socso?

kalau ko nak claim, mc atleast kena 3 hari kalau tak silap aku. cuba call perkeso or check website die.

btw motor baru ko tu accident? macam mane boleh accident?

1. Firstly make sure you've completed followup in hosp.
2. Make sure all MC photocopied and countersigned
3. Then go to SOCSO office tell them u wanna claim and get the claim form
4. Fill up ur details and submit to Pejabat Rekod in the Hospital
5. After 2weeks - 1 month they would have filled up the form which u have to submit back to SOCSO office
6. After about 1-2 months they will have a meeting involving you, your employer, your company medical advisor and the hospital Specialist
7. During this meeting the compensation will be determined.

aku duk belakang B, x perasan A stop. pn brake jugak. dh sempat berhenti langgar moto B punya mudguard sikit.

C x sempat nk brake sampai habis, hentam aku dr belakang...maka tergolek la aku. nasib baik x laju..bruises sikit je. side mirror kiri pecah haha

If can mc lagi, combine all mc together. Aku last time 2 weeks 1 week each asing2. After check up doc bagi 1 week lagi. Ko call perkeso dulu berape min hari mc di perlukan

rasa mcm malas pulak nk claim perkeso. kena buat report polis trafik kt KL tu yg x best tu...jauh gile hahah
