Anyone bought NJOI package from 11Street?

I am having a situation whereby weeks ago I purchased from 11Street, next day Astro call up to perform registration.
Then the same day I received SMS stated that installation scheduled on 27/1/2018.
End up no one turn up on the day and no call from Astro also.

Tried to reach NJOI Customer Server at 03-9543 8100 but it requesting for Smart Card No which I do not have it yet, else it voice operator will not proceed.

Any advise?
