The
first step is to put constant pressure... shout loudly and condemn everywhere such as using email, facebook, twitters, phone calls, if possible even use YouTube... getting more and more people to fk them in social media... constantly make it a "hot" topic of discussion in many public places such as restaurants, food stalls, etc. I know they will not care but at least make them "feel the pressure". Obviously I can't do it alone... my friends who are willing to help are just too few compared to the general public.
I know many of you here will say such "pressure" is totally useless when people still continue to pay ! And assteruk also is safe with NJOI where it enjoys more advertising income and many "free subscribers".
This is where the
second step is important but not many people will do it. Yes... the best pressure is... you are right.... terminate account. Tell them why you terminate and that will show to assteruk that more and more complains CAN become loss of income IF they still continue to annoy people. If don't want to terminate... request to temporarily "suspend" your account for 2 to 4 weeks to show your anger. I don't know but if they impose "re-activation fee", pay and complain again. They called me and tried to tempt me with free trial, whatever... I still refused and told them why. When they can lose a loyal 19 year long subscriber then they better "wake up" ! Remember, after termination, your account details are not removed because they want to bait you with a worm and hoping the "fish" will get hooked and trapped. Be careful... each time they called about giving "free trials"... remember to ask about the terms and conditions and ALL the fine details before you decide and those terms may change. Those "free trials" to terminated accounts can mean that you agree to restart subscribing again with "free no pay period" BUT comes with another 1 year contract !! Free... FOC ? There is no such thing as a free lunch.
IF assteruk wants to act like a FTA TV channels provider like TV3, NTV7, etc... by providing NJOI channels then do it without Pay Satellite TV Channels, without Internet IPTV. What assteruk IS doing now is having the best of 2 worlds (wrong)... best of 3 worlds. They get to monopolise the bakery market by selling cakes AND then they also get to sell the raw materials (flour, sugar) too. That, my friends, is what is happening with assteruk and we can't do anything about it because we still continue to buy sugar, flour and cakes from them.
I have nothing to complain about advertising in the Info Banner because its NJOI mah.... no monthly subscriptions. I pity those people who PAYS to "enjoy" such additional special advertising. No need to complain? Just keep quiet? Only you can decide. Time for me to watch Netflix.
Sorry to say that if you request terminate astro account, astro won't feel anything. In fact, astro will cut off or deduct employee performance, mention that "why you help customer terminate acc?" Everything put pressure to employee n employee feel stress end up resign this job. Turn over rate high but Management did not do any improvement plan, (meaning that managers thinking the idea hw to suck cust duit without listen cust feedback).
Even through u did not subscribe monthly to paytv service provider, bt you subscribe njoi with no monthly commitment and astro still earn duit becoz you watch thoss unprofessional ads (not like oversea ads). Again, they still also earn profit at ads even you did not pay the monthly.
And even you subscribe njoi one time off payment with purchase your decoder, smartcard and outdoor dish. Bt hw your decoder last longer? I guarantee after 3 yrs your decoder hv some minor system problem, such as decoder hang, decoder no power. Take note njoi after 1 year warranty over, astro don't care you are my customer anymore.
N even after 1 year warranty with decoder rosak, astro will tell you "sila purchase lagi new njoi account with new decoder, smartcard and outdoor dish." And again, astro will profit again if you will purchase new set njoi acc if u still like rojak content. End up, the process is still keep repeating.
