Looks like Aniplus website is offering VOD service. And selling anime merchandise.
Price is reasonable(in SGD), but "4 new same-day-as-Japan" anime compare with US streaming service.. Well, compare with Animax. I think Animax is still good. Instead of showing "same day titles". Animax also have "premiere timeslot".

Maybe, with less content. Pay-TV in most SEA market not interest to add this channel. In Indonesia, only Transvision, UseeTV & ICTA. About availability in Thailand, i'm not so sure..

We in Malaysia, is consider just lucky that Astro is bringing this anime channel. Not so much new on premiere content. I will say, that Aniplus need a long time to get more content. 4 new show in a week is consider "less". And, always have repeat a lot compare with Animax that have new anime premiere every month. Aniplus new show only got 4. And, that 4 show is last for 3 month only. Very little than Animax is having now..

Aniplus channel which is owned by South Korean company. Aniplus Korea got a lot new show. Most of the content is showing Same Day as Japan. Maybe around 8 express from Japan titles each month. Cannot see Aniplus Korea website. Got restriction there..

To know more about "Aniplus Korea". You can visit their FB page. Compare with "Aniplus Asia". More content in Aniplus Korea than Asia feed. I wonder what they next strategy. Show 5-6 express titles..

For sure close shop if this is what they are doing now. Both Aniplus & K+ show very little program & got a lot of repeat. Not say about K+. Which is got more outdated content than ONE & Oh!K..

As expected, because tvN Movies HD in HyppTV is under ch222. Which is same category with Cinema World HD & Red by HBO. But, its bundle under Aneka Pack(RM30/month) & Ala Carte priced for RM15/month.

Not give HD feed maybe because "some program" already made available in HBO HD..

They already did to some channel.

Like Golf Channel HD ala carte price without Sports pack is RM53/month. For user that subscribe Sports pack, you can buy for RM10.60/month.

Even my village still have some people happily using astro legacy box & subscribe Family pack only..

Pity that changes from legacy box to HD box need installation charges & contract renew.

Honestly, kids & teenagers nowadays not really watch astro. Especially, to get latest content. All already in Youtube & website. Again, no faster internet restrict what they want.

But, normal folks in village do have choice to take up astro or tulang ikan.

Mytv prabaly in full swing in 2020 years. And, local TV station will broadcast in HD. No need NJOI anymore if u want without rain fade issue.

20 HD channel only..

Didn't know that Indovision also carry free to air channel in hd. Like RCTI HD.

This might be the reason on why HyppTV not provide Dolby Digital 5.1 sound. Only applicable for selected HD channels.

The kids HD channel in HyppTV may have Dolby Digital 5.1 sound(like Boomerang HD & Dreamworks HD). I try to use Dolby Digital 5.1 sound in Disney XD HD in astro. And surprise is? Only applicable for English audio.

If only HyppTV provide Animax HD with Dolby Digital 5.1 sound. Probably would be epic when we can hear sound effects..

Edit: Most people don't care with surround sound. Picture in HD already enough for them..

Btw, didn't know that Aniplus(ch529) in Starhub TV has ceased transmission & only offers Aniplus On Demand(ch530).. likely that Singapore Pay-TV provider will not bring in K+ in future..
