Just bout a limited edition mylarone xb from yuheng. *thanks!
I plugged it into my ipod right out of the box and it already sounds really good! Note: i'm not an audiophile.
It allows me to really enjoy my music!
And there's more to come from it too after more hours of burning in.

Great stuff! thumbup.gif

But when I connect it to my laptop... seems like got wind sound even though I didnt open any mp3 and when I connect my speaker back to the laptop. the sound of the wind disappear and even with the laptop speaker.. there is no hissing sound. aww, I wish I could say the same for me >_< When I plug in straight from box, my heart fell out. It was in all way inferior to my (6 months old)KSC75. sad.gif

Yuheng. Assure me, After burn in, Mylarone XB is definitely better than KSC75 right? My RM170 didn't go to waste right? cry.gif

hi dude, actually ksc75 and m2 having different kind of signature...i would not say m2 better then recable ksc75(as pcdude work is nice), but i would really say. it is better than stock ksc75

u need to burn in, and u need to know the measurement of sound...i personally do find that m2>ksc75(stock)
and u have to know, this is an IEM, it doesnt have the bass effect for ksc75, but it do have better seperation and sweeter vocal which compare to ksc75...

give it 100 hours burning, some of them do come to my house, and i place ksc75 as their comparison as well
they are jason_killer,vestig3, u can always ask how i guide them for comparison, and he do find that m2>ksc75..
but i assume u know how to compare it, try to burn in it, it really sound bright at 1st, and a lot of ppl dont really like it before, like walabies, but after burn in, it do sound better...biggrin.gif

i realize that a lot of ppl dont get a good sound, coz it doesnt really good fitting with ur ears
what size of sleeve u used?

hmm. the correct adjustment for IEM should give your ears the feeling of being 'plugged' like how u plug ur fingers in ur ear to block outside noise so that it can produce the best sound, am i right? tongue.gif

i think mylarXB is better than stock ksc75.
but recabled ksc75 is another story. and u can't comparing fish and prawn. one is fully open with maximum sound leak, virtually no isolation, while another one is IEM for u to use in noisy environment.
how to compare?

I gurantee my KSC75 is 100% stock, never heard of recabled KSC75 until now actually.

I'm gonna try to let it burn for about 30-40 hours as yuheng suggested, see how it goes. The only word to describe my M2 right now (30mins burn in? lol) is 'flat'.

update : after 16 hours of burn in, I can hear that the bass is starting to form very slowly. But treble is still very harsh at high singing tone, almost painful.

thats all for now.
