comeover and have a test on sound 1st, don't think of amp 1st, wat i can tell u, m3 dont need amp, but if u really wan to push to maximum, the amp may cost u 1k+...

try the sound and u wil know exactly whether u need an amp or not, that is jz personal preferences IMHO.

due to burn in it will become stronger bass, or maybe u know who to appreciate other frequency rather than pure on low frequency, sometime, lesser bass might sound better, i dont know how u feel, but for me, i like lesser bass tongue.gif

Wow , my X3 came today.
Banked in yesterday, came today .
Thanks ya yuheng.

I had to use the smallest size "thing" supplied, because the medium and large sounded worst than my Hpm-70 for SE handphones.

Right now, it sounds marginally clearer than the hpm-70s .
Anyone have guides for equalizing ? I wanna see how 2 tweak to get the sound I like ...

u have to burn in for 24 hours, and get 100% fits, hpm70 canot even go to 50% of it, in term of soundstages, separation, transparency tongue.gif

hpm70 rated 40% of mylarthree imho.
