I believe the auction will not be successful as there will be no bid at that price. Most likely there will be another round of auction for the said property at 10-20% lower than the last reserved price. So the next round it will called at RM400K+. If still no bid then the third auction will be even lower. Currently many auction property are in this stage where the market price is below the resv price and thus there are no bidders. Just need to wait another 6 to 12 months to see where the market is going.
