THis!!! there is no bubble , property prices in Malaysia is never coming down, it has been ages since we are hearing the bubble is going to burst but it will never will!! even if recession hits, country suffers from massive unemployment , killer virus outbreak, in short , no matter what the property prices in Bolehland will never come down
