however, new pricing scheme for landed house range at 400k from developer.... teeheee

buyer win; say goodbye to fllippers range between 500k - 1M; 1M above shouldnt be much affected as those buyer are at comfortable range smile.gif

For dev they don't care as long their units get sold whether to flipper or genuinebuyer

If bank refuse to provide loan for risk reason due to debt to loan ratio or uncertaintis also rate going higher and higher etc...

You will get to see more auctioning.

FYI, many SA landed are stuck...though most have no urgency to sell because they are the tenant and also landlord the self lol

when banks stop lending, its a sign that avg. median income cannot cope with the % ltv

I just secure a loan and it can only approve with 70% regardless if im going to show them my bond, my fd, my stocks etc...

of course 90% is possible but subjective to bank risk because property for them, is like, over valued for now 70% because, to include lelong % ahahha
