the flipper is her friend who works in Property line.
All good location, Mont kiara, damansara, denai alam also got.

she was forced to sell because 4 of her other property repayment is overdue.
So she let go one early to do get cash for repayment for her other 4 property.

The news/media won't even report even if there is a bubble or crisis. Put it in mind that these news are usually manipulated by people who have $$ so that people won't fear if there is a crisis, and still continue to buy.

By looking with your own eyes, if you slowly survey there are many projects giving heaps of discounts AKA promotion and usually on par with market value or under value, to sell fast.

I am buying these whenever I find one. Don't care whether the news said bubble or not, because they won't say it at all. After all, price falls under market value is always better than those selling at future price.

i dont know if i should go all the way to rumah lelong already saw a few good location one but the procedure is longer and more tedious.

i prefer denai alam, but abeit a bit more expensive. but sime darby is no play play.

lol i my property flipper friend is filing her bankruptcy this year if she cannot manage to sell 2 units of her 4 holding.

3rd and 4th key are coming soon. she told us either she can find another higher pay job or sell it at 10%-15% lower price.
