My own observation of the aftermatch of the fall of JPPTR, CYL and other money game that suck so much $$$ out of the local economy. The effect start to show here with ah long start putting up lelong notice on the house. The Merit lost of few million is nothing as those investor are loaded and can afford to lost their pocket money without effect but those poor chap. It different. The bubble is for low cost house now.

The subsale got to compete with what the developer doing now offering rumah mampu milik at the lower price than last year. Financing from bank play a good part to keep up the cycle. Next year is good year to get your first house as rumah mampu milik come into the market. One can see the developer now singing different tune at the stock market. KV will be hard to maintain their top placing as money making investment unless our RM drop further and outsider come in to grab it. If depend on local. It will not go anywhere.

The good news is for those with plenty of cash but our new generation workforce can't afford all those old price unless Bank Negara extend their loan to 40 years! and keep the rate down to a minimum. Without all those future buyer.....do you think it will go on the increase if depending only on our local buyer? I think KV price will only be able to maintain or increase if BNM open it all up to outsider buyer with special PR visa or something to attract those rich mainland chinese to stay here and not bring back their investment to their home country.

Wait till our local $$$ start to flow to US when the actual transfer happen. Sure our local $$$ will be reduce either by dropping in value or tighter credit from bank. Between investing in klang vs US. Which one will offer better return?
