Just a suggestion to salvage the situation....the initial intention was definitely flip for profit

With current negative equity,might as well just declare bankrupt and hide whatever cashback given by developer

We are a small country and basically at the mercy of big country like US.If US continues to hike rate then we have to follow or ringgit will plummet to new low again.If they cut then we may have room to adjust downward

Property price increase in 2008-2014 due to Federal reserve huge QE stimulus

Now Trump and fed unleash another round of QE, unlimited some more.With so much money floating around,price of hard assets like commodities and property will increase (replacement cost /higher cost of building)

Tldr version : property price will increase again due to fed QE
