Hi all,

Make long story short, recently I try to make Loan for Satria Neo (Used) with RM28K amount.
With my current salary and commitment, should be green light to proceed.

But then the car shop call me, said that I have CCRIS. Bank can't proceed with the loan.
As far as I remember, not much loan and all paid accordingly.
Even my Citibank Credit Card should be paid off more than a year ago.

What should I do?
Afraid when go to BNM, I already declare as Bankrupt due to unknown piling interest or anything that I missed out.
But I need to make sure all my record clear again.
Don't want this Hassle with Loan Life.

Any advice from expert, I advance with THANK YOU notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

well if your loan is not approved then maybe you have too much commitments or you owe some company something and did not pay so they put it in CTOS or CCRIS that will affect you.

If yo ugo to BNM the report is free and don't worry as long as you're threshold is not more than 20K then no one can declare you bankrupt

This!

You need to pay before the due date, and clear all the outstanding.

Wait 6 month (and continue to pay accordingly) and try again.

before you go all crazy just go to BNM and get your CCRIS report. Its free and all you need is your IC. Then if you want post it here and blank all personal information

Yeah, some time past it due but not even enter the next cycle, I already pay it in advance.
Have to admit my mistake take Aeon Credit lightly. The extra charge hurt even more.

Will make my way to BNM this afternoon if possible. Really afraid already declare bankrupt.
Even I doing grabcar now to earn extra. Cut cost also won't help if endup blacklisted by CCRIS.

Note I'm not PTPTN loaner.
Only 1 Credit Card.
Myvi Car Loan, with monthly deduct from account and never fail.

You can't avoid this. Face it head on. Go to BNM and clarify and also seek advice on how to proceed. You will get better advice there compared to here in the internet

Everyone has CCRIS. It's basically a financial record of a particular person.

Probably your name is listed in CTOS due to some reasons.

If you're talking about AEON, then for sure it's not only your CCRIS record, must be CTOS record also affecting this.

If possible fully settle your AEON, or clear any outstanding and you need to start to pay before due date and maintain it nicely and at the same time request them to remove the blacklist (from which credit report agency, ctos, ramci etc).

In future, avoid AEON credit, for your peace of mind.

Need to more detail on it.
Will refer to BNM first.
If Aeon is the reason of all this, pay all one time.

Yes, No AEON anymore. So sad. They even treat me like I never pay any amount from the loan.
While they making 50% profit out my loan amount.
