anyone bank with Bank rakyat in penang?

which is the better branch to go? Magazine rd or Jelutong? (in terms of convenience, staff helpfulness, service speed and parking space?)

thanks to some feedback i got, jelutong branch has ample parking compared to magazine rd branch since it's a bit out of town area and can be considered residential area. service wise was said to be similar, depending on which staff u get la. and jelutong branch less crowded overall. hope it helps someone.

i guess best strategy for me is to dump more into epf via higher voluntary contributions!

haven't come across this practice. but you should go ahead and demand for the interest on the additional days, and if they refuse, file an official complain to bnm. they do take complaints against banks seriously.
