This promo rate until when ?

Understand can get 4.2% at RHB if put in more than 200K and if in premier membership

Went to Affin Bank today at Setia Walk to place FD. Can only get 4.25% if less than 100K placement. If 100K or more can get 4.3%. Must be for 2 years. The interest in not paid every 6 months. They say they the interest plus your principal is only paid to your savings ac on maturity in 2 years. So the interest you get for first year will not get any interest.

Yes, need at least 10K in SA but can draw put after FD put in

Alliance bank offering 2.8 - 2.85% for 12 months pure FD

Should add HSBC 24 months FD at 2.3%. Interest bank in to SA every 6 months.

OCBC 2.28 has stopped end of last month. Now less than 2%

Affin 2.35% 12 month no more. Now 2.5% for 12 months but 10% CASA until FD maturity so effective rate only 2.25%

Hong Leong has now 2.3% for 12 months OTC

Public Bank has 2.3% for 9 months Senior but need $500 in SA

HSBC has 2.3% 24 months

Affin 2.25% effective rate is for 12 months, not 18 months.

They also have Promo rate of 2.33% for 3 months , 2.40 % for 6 months but 90:10 CASA . So effective FD rate only 90% of the promo rate.

2.5% for 12 months and 200k above in fresh funds. Ask your RM
