The HLB online FD 4.17% mentioned about iphone 7 and FD prize on paragraph 14. and credit card gifts on 17. I'm wondering what it means. (I think is probably a general TNC used for all the promo?).

According to ocbc cheras, the fd 4.35% 12 months has ended today due to sufficient funds. Currently their offer is 4.2% for 12 months

Thanks. I too managed to place multiple HLB eFD 4.37% 3 months. Not first timer for online HLB eFD too.
