Unable to place HLB i-FD, keep prompt me this error, call to CS told me system got prob.

May i know for CIMB 4.1% 12months unfixed deposit offer, i need to go back the same branch to uplift or i can perform at any branch?

Yesterday i open mine basic saving acc from Hong Leong prima tanjung branch Penang without issue, just tat i dint request for cardless, i did ask the lady about number of time transaction allowed otc per month, she mention so far not really got limit n can place e-FD without issue
