dishonest n try to cheat customer la.....
the cimb staff ask me to go back the branch to close the saving account with annual fee.....the annual fee will be waive.....
then can open a BSA with them for the interest......
i wonder what will happen when i go back the next day for the BSA....lols.....sure alot black face....
Simple, ask them to view CCTV recording to see who dealt with you previously. The paper trail can easily detect who, just a matter whether they want or not.
The blacker the face, the better. I faced another cheating case by SCB staff and I still have to go to the branch several times since have several certs. So whenever my queue number is called and the cheater is supposed to serve me, I will say out loud I don't deal with cheaters. So the manager will either get another staff to handle my transaction or he himself will do.
