Any guys experienced when do FD placement online via M2U APP , transaction unsuccessfull but money deducted from account.
Account history says 1st FD placement.
Checked FD feature no account created, empty
called customer service they asked to verify in WEB M2U still same
called customer service they did see transaction failed but money deducted
saying need to check backend officer if error caused it.
asking to wait 3 days to verify and refund or create FD account to place it
damn it this seriously creating panic and stress, big amount lagi..
they do refund or keep quiet saying money vanished or floating on the air..?
