janitors in singapore has better customer service than those branch managers, seriously so many times they have no clue what they are doing, many times depositors are the one who educate them first (on promos) before their marketing department.

cimb advertised RM188 reward for account opening with condition of 10k average holding on CA, since 50k/200k fulfills with earmarked 50k they should honor giving the cash reward, however their staffs refute their own marketing department claim.

So, CIMB, now you can keep that rm188 cash at the expense of false advertising and reputation.

suddenly felt insecure deposited big bulk with this bank, should have diversified with other banks.
